May: Spring in Motion
May Newsletter:
Our "What Makes Things Move?" project has officially come to a close! After exploring everything from machines to magnets, the children have become mini experts on the movements of their world. We spent the last few weeks learning our last topics (wind, gravity, and mechanisms) and the children were so amazingly curious throughout the process.
A huge thank you to Grace and Justin, who helped the children learn through hands-on exploration by bringing in their own version of a Rube Goldberg machine and a robot vacuum! It was an exciting way to wrap up our project.
As mentioned previously, Ms. Esther will be starting her maternity leave on May 18th and plans to return toward the end of our summer program. We wish her all the best and much strength! During her leave, we will have Ms. Dania as our substitute teacher.
