June: Where Our Ideas Take Us
As we wrap up our exciting Travel Project, the children have been busy building both their knowledge and their imaginations. From role-playing airport routines to creating their own passports and security check-points, they’ve explored how people travel the world through play, art, and group work.
We also “traveled” to famous landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Great Wall of China— each one sparking curiosity, creativity, and new stories along the way!
A special highlight this month was a visit from Theo, Ale, and Luca’s grandmother, who is a Delta flight attendant! She shared amazing stories and lessons from her travels and led a fun and interactive activity where children learned about how flight crew members work together to keep passengers safe and comfortable. To top it all off, she surprised us with cookies and flight crew badges!
