Today's art project was making a necklace because C requested last time that she wanted to make some jewelries like bracelets or necklaces. Look at these beautiful colors of the beads! We used the plain wooden beads and put it in the jars filled with the liquid water colors. The colors came out so soft and pastel. The next step was to decide the necklace design. Should we do the beads all around the string or just a few of them in front? C decided to go for the 2nd design. C laced it one by one and tried to make patterns. She repeated to herself, "purple - purple - blue,.." She was proud of her workmanship and decided to make another one for mommy. She said, "I want to add a point gem in the middle," and she started to do it on her own. She said, "My daddy's going to ask me where I bought it. He will be surprised if I tell him I made it!!" Sure he will! Comments are closed.
